And in an environmentally friendly direction we might add. We have submitted our stormwater site plan incorporating a pourous concrete system into the drainage design which will elliminate the hideous detention pond at the front of the property. So good-bye pond, hello new offices!
Next up, re-submit building plans for Phase I which includes the two existing storage buidings and a fresh submittal for the (7) unit office building. First order of business will be retro-fitting windows into the walls facing the freeway. Take a look at the rendering http://www.pioneercommercialcenter.com/
Units are already being spoken for, so give us a call if you're interested!

A "Cinderella Story" (5420 Barrett Road)
Ever wonder what would happen to the two blue buildings (Green Manor) on I-5 just South of Ferndale, WA? Take a look at the concept Pioneer Post Frame has developed to turn this dead project into something alive and functioning for the benefit of the community. The abandoned storage facility found itself on the market and in need of serious rescue. In July of this year the project was purchased by a local company with a dream to see this eyesore turned into something of value. Stay tuned and we'll keep you up to date on the status of this cinderella story/ office/ warehouse development.
